New Seller Question
As a new seller, I am unsure of the correct procedure. The buyer has purchased the item, I've downloaded the shipping label, and I am in the process of obtaining a shipping container. Do I ship the item before the hold on my account is lifted, or do I wait until the funds are available?

Mentor1 year agoYou must ship within your stated handing time in the listing from when ebay says the item has been paid for and it is ok to ship to the address supplied.
As a new seller your funds will be held. Make sure to either use an ebay label or upload the tracking manually if you ship with your own label.
