Mentor5 months agoThe thing about new sellers is that they do not have much of a track record to judge them by, so you may have to wait and see what you receive if you have already made a purchase. Or wait to see what other buyers leave for feedback.
Scammers and poor-performing sellers with multiple accounts are vastly over-represented among newer eBay accounts, and are vastly under-represented among well-established accounts with good feedback for selling similar items, which is one reason why it makes sense to buy from experienced sellers.

Let's start with this ... you are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Wait to see what happens, if they never ship then file a claim via the item in your Purchase history one day past the original estimated delivery date that you did not receive the package.
If they do ship wait to see what you receive before taking any action. If the item Does not match pictures or description you can file a return using that reason and you will be issued a pre-paid return shipping label. The claim will explain the steps involved to obtain a refund.
