New seller having a problem
I sold something and printed a label. I assumed that when I got to the post office I would need to pay at least 40.00 or more to ship
i asked how much do I owe and they said nothing you have the label
im so new to this I had no idea that label meant there wouldn’t be priority mail
Buyer is more than mad because he expected it on Wed after I had mailed it Friday
i went back to the post office and they told me it was priority mail but it was going across the country and wouldn’t arrive until today
all the back and forth with the buyer who thinks it seems that I am bsing him
im to the point that I want him to be refunded
how do you refund to the buyer
im to the point that he can keep it
he got a bargain at 199.00 thst I should list again

Mentor2 years agoYou are not responsible for the mail speed, only for shipping it on time the way promised in your listing. So if you shipped it Priority mail as listed, do not refund. If the buyer leaves bad feedback for delivery time, you can have it removed.
