New seller – funds released on the 10th, but no payout that today?
Summary: jer_27307, a new seller, expressed concern about not receiving their payout on the day funds were released, despite having a daily payout schedule. Confused about a mention of funds being available 'if date greater than the 11th,' they sought clarity on accelerating payouts. lisa5768 explained that payouts are processed the next payout day after funds are released and may take additional days to reach accounts. They also mentioned an express payout option to debit cards for a fee.
I’m a new seller. My first sale’s funds were held until 2 days after delivery, then released on the 10th. My payout method is a debit card and my schedule was set to daily, but there was no payout on the 10th.
The help text mentioned something like “option to send funds immediately if date greater than the 11th.” I even switched to a weekly schedule, but still couldn’t push the funds immediately.
Why don’t funds released on the 10th pay out that same day on a daily schedule, and what does “greater than the 11th” mean? Is there any way for a new seller to get the payout pushed through sooner once the hold is removed? I shipped over a week ago and it feels like a long wait.

In addition to the great advice from @lisa5768 , if your payout method is a debit card, you will be charged $2 per payout.
So I advise switching to a bank account for payouts, OR
if you want to use the debit card, changing to weekly or biweekly and do a payout on demand when you have enough to make the $2 fee worth paying.

When your funds are released, become available for pay out, the system will schedule them to be payed out on your next payout day. For daily payouts that would not be the same day they are released but the next day. Once payed out it can take a couple of days to actually reach your account depending on how your bank handles incoming payments.
The option to send funds immediately is express payouts to a registered debit card and comes with a $2 fee for each requested payout.
