New seller errors. How do I accept a cancelled offer

I was not aware of offers being cancelled by a bid being placed after the offer was made. I contacted the person who made the offer and he said he still wanted the item for what he offered to pay. The highest bid is 50 less. What is my next move. I want to sell it for the +50 price (obviously) but is it possible without a policy violation?

It appears that cancelling the bids will bring the Best Offer option (but NOT the expired offers/counteroffers) back. Until someone else bids of course.

BUT it is not "obvious" that a Best Offer of $50 more than the Starting Price (which is all that showed of the bid when you got the offer and posted this thread) should be taken. For example:

You've now gotten another bid from another bidder which revealed that the first bid was $100.00. You don't know what the second offer is for (it SHOWS as 1 bid increment over the $100 bid) and there are still over 3 days left to run in the auction. Many bidders don't bid until near the end of the auction.
