New seller dollars charged to Debit card
New seller here. I have not opened up a store yet (if that makes a difference). I have sold 2 items. I notices that 21.38 has been charged to my Debit card that I have on file and my money from the two sold items are on hold. They say that money will be released 3 days after delivery. I can't figure out what the $21.38 is for.... I thought I had buyer to pay for shipping, but even if that was it the totals don't match. Is there a number I can call. I have not found that yet. Thanks so much.
