New Seller Confusion

I sold my first two items as a seller to two different customers. When I mailed them out I switched the tracking numbers but messaged the customers with the correct tracking numbers. Both items were delivered and I received positive feedback. However, EBay put a 30 day hold to release funds because “tracking info could not be confirmed”. How do I speed this up?

First you should have corrected the tracking numbers on the Order Details page otherwise the tracking does not match the addresses. Do this now, although you are probably still going to have to wait out the hold period, it hopefully will keep you from getting dinged on your shipping metrics.
