New Seller
I’ve just started ( trying to at least) selling clothes. When I search very specific item line Lilly Pulitzer Blue Short Dress my item doesn’t even show up.
I even changed it to promoted ?
How does one even sell if items not promoted?
Are there biases about how they show items ?

A search for Lilly Pulitzer Blue Short Dress in the Women's Dresses category turns up 13,000+ results. Did you look at all of them to determine your dress was not there?
If I take that search and narrow it down to dresses priced exactly $85 to show about a hundred or so dresses that qualify, I see your dress among the first few results:
