New seller
I'm very confused. First time seller. Selling some printer cartridges (over €300). Buyer messages me day after buying and says they made a mistake, asking if I can cancel. I've got no problems cancelling. However, doing so means I need to provide my bank card and pay the cancellation fee or the full amount and get paid later by ebay? I'm not even sure whether the €300 comes off of my card. I feel like I could be getting scammed here? But if I don't do something by today (just sit on it), buyer will no doubt then say I didn't ship and and I'll have fees or penalties to pay? I don't want the hassle of going through and shipping if this person is truly honest and doesn't want the printer cartridges... and doing this and then them doing a refund etc. etc. Hassle.
Could anyone help with some guidance on what I should do? thanks!!
