New purchase confirmation via email

Question

I used to receive an email confirmation from eBay when I purchased an item, today I didn't receive any confirmation regarding my recent purchase, all what I received is an email regarding my credit card method and it will be saved for further purchases, but not my actual purchase , I tried to get in contact with eBay live agent or human but there's no luck to be able to speak with a person, that's a shame.

eBay used to email me when I purchased any items, when it's shipped, when it's delivered. What happened to eBay services ?

I purchased from Walmart and they have an excellent customer service and it looks like it it's getting better then eBay, maybe I should just forget about eBay? and continue with Walmart?

Have you checked your Purchase History to see if your order is there along with order details? Have you checked your spam/junk email folder?
