Im confused. It makes no sense? Its like saying if a person goes through an employment agency to get a job and doesn't get the job after the interview but a month later a totally different person walks in off the street and interviews and gets the job the employment agency still expects to get paid? Even though they never met the second candidate? Thats crazy??? Why would ebay do that to its selling community?
