New policy agreement.
Well folks ... It's time for a new policy agreement or 2026. It seems the lawyers have been busy and most likely worthy of every penny for thier efforts. It is a very lengthy document and we must agree with or not. As a registed seller since 2012, I have not really had any major disputes with this platform, as customer and seller I have always had a positive experince. Please reply with your thoughts. Tim W.

Every time eBay makes a revision to the user agreement, they notify members. There are three minor changes. There is no need to reread the entire agreement as the areas with changes are called out in the email.
The email also tells you that if you agree to the changes, there is no action you need to take. Only if you don't agree, then eBay asks you to to close your account.
