"New" phone was stolen
I bought a "new" phone in Jan. I put it in a drawer until needed. I tried to activate it, (April) and it was reported as lost or stolen by the imei number. It was suppose to have 1 year warranty. The seller isn't being helpful. What can I do?

It is too late for eBay to help, so call your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described.
