New or used? Tag right
I was having trouble with the LV bags. A lot of sellers have, “new” or, “new with tags” on the ad but then it goes through authentication only to find out it’s used. They shouldn’t be able to tag it as new if it’s not. The end result is I haven’t found a bag I want for over 2 months now. eBay should go through post and make the seller tag the bag as it is and not what it’s not. It’s very misleading and inconvenient for the buyer. How do I let eBay know?

It's a policy violation to misrepresent the item. Sellers already know they need to post accurate listings.
There are 370,000 LV bags listed at this moment and the listings are changing constantly as items are listed and sold. No one at eBay is an expert on LV bags. That's what authentication is for.
If you find an item that violates policy, you can use the report link at the bottom right of the listing by clicking the question mark to bring it to eBay's attention.

One more thing...
LV is a VeRO member which means they scan listings for their products and have eBay take down those that are either counterfeits or not authorized to be sold here. It's probably one of the most scrutinized brands here on eBay. But even they cannot keep up with the number of fast-changing listings to catch all the violations.
