How changed the format? Who took away all the filters I use all the time. Is the purpose to make me scroll endlessly? Is this ebay's way of making us look at everything instead of being able to focus on what we want? There is always resistance to change. There will be increased resistance to not thought out or poorly thought out change. Why am I forced to comment on a public forum instead of being able to speak with some lowly contract agent in a call center cubicle somewhere overseas. Just more distance between the "valued" customer and the indifferent company that just watches the balance sheet.
