New Message Center Sucks!

Question

I can't read the messages. You've got an entire computer screen to work with, and you put the actual message text and attachments into a tiny scroll display box that jumps around and is unreadable. I can't imagine how this format got past the user testing stage. Then, when I went to the new message center feedback screen, I typed the above feedback and there's no "Send" button. What is this? I'm using a tower PC, Windows 8.2, and Google Chrome browser.

If you have member messages forwarded to your email, you should be able to read and respond to member messages via email and skip the eBay message inbox page entirely.

For messages from eBay that do not appear in your email, you may be able to make the left eBay message panel a little larger by collapsing the rightmost panel with folders using the rectangular icon next to the word Messages. Click the icon again to restore it.

There should be a "send" button on the feedback form, but if you are using a high screen magnification it may not be visible. Try changing the screen magnification or try using a different browser to see if that works better so you can send your feedback to eBay.
