New make offer precedure
I made an offer on a Solgaard suitcase. I didn’t hear back from the seller. Didn’t see it in my cart. Thought it had been ignored. Then I bought another Solgaard suitcase! It came in and I was thrilled! Then another one showed up the next day. I thought it was a mistake. Then I looked at my PayPal account. Now I am out 700.00 and own 2 red identical Solgaard suitcases. I am NOT happy. I can see that I signed up for the new make offer but it needs tweaking!!! Not enough notifications that an offer was accepted!

Mentor2 years agoBefore moving on, you should check your Purchase History once the offer period expires to see if you won. You should receive a notification when your offer is accepted, but the problem could well be with your email provider.
