New Make Offer ??
Since no longer a way to contact eBay...what is this new s**t where a credit card is required to "Make an Offer??
Do i need to now provide credit card information before making a purchase too...how stupid!

·3 years agoThis has happened because too many buyers were making offers and then not pay for them.
It really makes no difference you were going to pay if your offers accepted anyway.
