New label for combined ship & refund

I need to create a new ship label for 3 purchases where she paid for shipping on each item. I also want to refund her the difference once I have the new label

Cancel each label that you purchased.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

Then go back to orders and select purchase label next to one of the items. Not he label page, click buy labels in bulk in the upper right. On the bulk label page, click combine by buyer. Then you can enter the combined weight and purchase your new label.

One you have the new label, you can decide how much you want to refund the buyer. Go back to orders and next to one of the items select refund buyer. Fill in the amount and select shipping adjustment, then click send refund. Repeat with the other items if needed.
