New label
So we had two of the same items except in different sizes. We unfortunately sent the wrong size, 💯 our mistake. Now we want to send the correct item. Can we purchase a new label from eBay? I want to be sure to handle this the right way.

Yes, you can print another label:
1) Go to the order https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select View Order Details, then Print Another Label <<==
3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your package and select Shipping Method and the correct label will print.
