"New" is now "Used"?
I have recently made a purchase from Honey.6.6 in an attempt to grab a older phone still in the factory sealed box as advertised but this is clearly a used phone resealed without the factory accessories or box. That entire seller is stating "new" condition which is described as "original condition unopened" when you click on the descriptor for "new" in the listing. Am I missing something here? I have reported on every level where AI has determined no violation. Does this mean false advertising is not a violation?

There are limits to AI’s ‘intelligence’. I‘ve seen numerous instances where AI failed to recognize some fairly obvious policy violations in listings.
Putting aside the question of whether the seller was aware of the item’s true condition … you definitely received an item that didn’t match its description and should act accordingly:
* File a ‘return request’ from your Purchase History, choosing ‘Doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.
* If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid return shipping label or a full refund within 3 business days … then go back to your open return request and on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
