Mentor2 years agoFor 2023 you get a 1099k if you sell $20,000 plus 200 items, unless your state has a lower threshold. It drops to $5,000 for 2024.
Not getting a 1099k does not remove your responsibility to correctly report any income you earn on your tax return.
