New iPod not recognized by iTunes
Just rec'd new iPod Classic 7th & it's not recognized by iTunes. One problem could be due to me formatting the iPod; after I plugged it into PC w/iTunes, a message came up asking if I wanted to format? Since Step 1 in the iPod's manual said to "Install Software", I assumed "yes"... I now believe that was wrong. But, what now?
My Windows 10 & iTunes software are all current.
