New International Shipping program not notifying shipping software
I appreciate that Ebay is offering an International shipping program but something about the way it was coded is making the orders invisible to all programs that are linked with Ebay.
I use both Stamps.com and Shopify to organize and ship my Ebay orders. My domestic orders are loading to both websites with no issues but I have 2 orders this weekend using the new Ebay International Shipping program and neither one are loading into either Stamps.com or Shopify. This means that I have no notification of the orders and will very likely miss them completetly as our normal shipping process uses Stamps.com and Shopify to handle all order shipping.

·1 year agoSorry you're having trouble with your orders! We use Stamps.com in the business I work for and our eBay International Shipping orders show up just fine (it looks like we shipped one today and several yesterday), so there's something more going on here or a new issue. Was there anything else unusual about those two orders that you can see?
Just to check, I assumed you have Stamps.com linked directly to eBay for orders, but maybe not. Do you know if Stamps.com gets the order information from eBay or from Shopify?
