New in box printer
I bought an HP office jet pro printer on ebay. Total cost was 136.64. I bought it on January 24th. I am in my 70's and not very tech minded so I waited until my kids came home from college on Easter to hook it up. They told me there was something wrong with the cartridges so I ordered new cartridges from Amazon. They cost 116.00 They got it all hooked up and working except it will not print. We tried everything. This printer was advertised as new in the box so I thought HP would be able to help me under the warranty. They said the warranty was up in 2022 so it was not a new printer as advertised. and they ink had been used before. I contacted the seller but I don't think he is going to help me and let me return it. I know it is past the return date but I think he should still make good on it. Now I have to buy another printer and will be out more money plus what I spent on the new cartridges.

Since you are too late to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you can file a dispute through Paypal (if you used Paypal) or you can contact the payment source you used to pay for the printer.
