new here & i face this issue
Summary: selami_23 shared an issue they encountered with a purchase from a seller on eBay. After paying for an item and additional delivery charges, they were asked by UPS to pay import fees. Despite being promised a refund by the seller, selami_23 has not received either a refund or the package. They are seeking advice from the community to resolve the issue and have also included a screenshot showing their inability to report the package.
Hey, i hope everyone doing good,
about 24 days ago i bought item from a seller here on eBay then he charge me for delivery to spain so i pay full payment,
after he add tracking to purchase item i waited like 7 days and i found that ups need 13 euro for import fees, so i decided to ask seller but no answers he told me he refund me, but i didn't got any refund or package too
so i got scammed on both ways seller & ups delivery, so i come to community and maybe find someone who can help me get my package or refund.

Mentor2 weeks agoCheck your Purchase History, find the item and click on Order Details. You should be able to see the status of the refund and the account that it went to.
