New EBay seller dealing with “non delivered itemsâ€
Hello! Just as the topic line says, I’m new to EBay selling! I’ve recently sent out my first 10 packages (sports cards) over the past two weeks! They’ve all been scanned at the post office closest to the buyer, but nothing else from there. It doesn’t say the package was delivered on any of my packages, but I messaged all 10 buyers and asked if they received their packages, of the 4 responses, 3 of them said yes. But the app still says not delivered. It makes me worried to send any more packages out so I’ve been canceling orders recently. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you!

1) Don't cancel orders
That is the worst defect on eBay. You will lose your account.
2) eBay Standard Envelope doesn't always get a delivery scan.
- I wouldn't message buyers to inquire, just handle the issue if they claim non-delivery
3) You have insurance to cover lost eBay Standard Envelope shipments

4) Make sure that your packaged item is flexible, not rigid. The scans happen as your item moves through machinery. It won't get scanned if it is to rigid.
