new eBay number?
In the past, I've called 877-322-9227 to talk to a team member. Today I couldn't get past AI. Does anyone have a phone number for eBay?

OP2 years agoThanks. I've been on eBay since 1999 but am dealing with a couple of issues I am not familiar with.
Just received a harassing message thru eBay from a buyer who didn't received his item but tracking showed delivered so eBay ruled in my favor.
And, a refund was given to a buyer for "item not as described" but she has never sent the item back. That was June 25th.
I sent eBay a message. Anything else I need to do?

Mentor2 years ago@decamper Anytime tracking shows delivery you win the not received case. Just respond to the case with the tracking.
As for the item not as described being refunded did you respond to the buyer promptly and issue the return label? If not then the buyer can ask eBay step in after 3 days and force a refund. If eBay forces a refund then you do not get your sellers fees back, you get a Defect, the buyer may be allowed to keep the item.

Mentor2 years agoWhen the buyer filed a returns request, you have 2 options: accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label, or refund (and not require return of the item). It looks like you chose to refund, so the buyer does not need to return the item.
