New Dryer Timer Stopped Working
I purchased a new timer for our dryer in October. It was installed Nov. 1 and stopped working today. I cleaned out my emails at the end of the year and no longer have the EBay emails relevant to the purchase. I have only my CC statement showing that the $51.86 I paid for this part was billed to my account on October 7, 2025. I don't have the seller information and am not sure if there is anything I can do to obtain a replacement and/or otherwise alert EBay that the products sold by this seller are not as represented. Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee covers your Purchases for up to 30 days after delivery. Your option now is to file a chargeback with your payment company.
If you go to your Purchase History, you should be able to locate this transaction and the Order Details.

OP8 months agoThank you for your thoughtful response. Unfortunately, I made the purchase as a guest, so it does not show up in my history. I suspect there is nothing more that can be done in terms of a refund, but Ebay and its customers should be warned about the seller and my experience.
