New debit card cant verify old one

Question

I used to sell on ebay a long time ago now when I go to update new payout and enter new debit card it tells me to verify old debit card numbers but I don't have old debit card and I don't even use the same bank.

1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "payments"
3) Type "Agent" in the chat window
4) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
5) Click “Have Us Call You” (or "call us")
