New credit card not working
It’s not the card company. I’ve entered it manually or using the capture feature. I’ve deleted and re-entered it. It’s brand new, worked to buy something else, but eBay system won’t accept. It’s a visa. I’ve contacted them and they are no help. I tried doing it from a different phone, logging out and back in, waiting a day, still nothingÂ
