New Charity Permanently Banned Before the account was verified
As Board Member for a Non-Profit I tried to create a Charity account. I completed the everything, including uploading the determination letter, entering an EIN, and linking bank accounts. After completing all of the steps, I'm told that I'm Permanently Banned... forever. They claim that there is no appeal process and no justification. They claim they can't tell me why because I could use that to game the system.
Crazy!!!
