New CC issued yesterday, now a refund is going to be issued by a seller, who do i contact? Seller?
Cannot find an answer to this question. I have gone back and forth with a seller out of India regarding 3 pieces of jewelry i paid for, received 2 only. First ones obviously lost in transit. I had an issue with my CC yesterday, bank issued me a new one. I see in my messages that the seller has finally agreed to a refund of my pmt, but that would be on my old card. Im not a long time buyer on ebay so understand im learning. However I cannot find help in the troubleshooting they provide.
What would you do?

Mentor10 months agoRefunds go back to the original funding source. Since your card issuer sent a new card, the refund to the old card should transfer to your new card. If it does not, contact your card issuer.
