New buyer wants a refund

I have a brand new buyer I guess I'm in his first purchase asking for a refund for something that was shipped one week ago and shows is on its way to him they took the money out and put it in hold to where I can't even get my money from what I sold here recently how can I buy her do that when usually it takes 14 days to make a claim to USPS

So they opened a claim of some kind? Did they open a request for Return or an INR [item not received]? It is important to know in order to properly advise you.

Ebay always puts funds on hold with a case is filed.

What kind of claim do you think you need to file with USPS? Why does it take 14 days?

If your buyer is just concerned with why they haven't received the item, go and file a trace with USPS.
