New buyer getting false message
My new buyers have never purchased for me before or getting a false message from E Bay. They have never purchased for me before and are receiving a message that they have a 10 day hold before they can purchase or bid on any of my items I have had this problem For many years and Still not resolved. I wonder how many sales I have lost due to this false message. My buyers are receiving.. I have been an eBay member since 2006 and now there is nobody to even call and there is not one of these questions listed and they’re stupid online help page. Need help from a human please thank you

Check your buyer requirements here - https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
I’ve never heard of eBay applying the requirement to a buyer that had not made a purchase, but if you have one set, uncheck the box to remove it.
