new auto instant payment
making an offer, why is it not using paypal ? as before. Its this auto payment going straight for bank account or credit card selected before agreed offer? I dont like this, I want to select payment at time of agreed offer notification. . Also why is paypal now going to "pay over time" feature, when i do not want that either, i just want regular credit card paypal service, everything is changing up to separate us from our money and add more fees. They are about to loose me as a customer.
