New and confused; where are the human beings?
Is there any way to contact an human being at eBay? Their AI doesn't allow for the questions that I have.

·1 year agoYou can ask your question here and we may be able to help you. If you really need to speak to an eBay help technician, you need to have eBay call you. On the link below, click on "Have Us Call You" between the time listed below the link. A representative will call back and you can talk to them about your problem. Usually doesn't take too long to get a call back. Since Covid, eBay reps have been working from home. You can't call them, but they will call you.
