New account suspended - messages show no reason why and no contact details
New account for business shop is currently suspended and the advice is to read the messages.
Unfortunately the messages just say they want to ask a few questions but no way to get in touch.
Any ideas what I should do? We are from the UK so cannot use the call us function.

This is the Ebay U.S. site. Since you are located in the U.K., you will need to use the Ebay U.K. site to seek assistance.

The messages system they have redirects users to the .com version rather than UK.
