New account suspended

Hi everyone,I recently created a new eBay account, but it got suspended. I'm really confused about the reason because I listed products that are already being sold by other sellers on eBay, and I made sure all my information was accurate and properly filled.I didn’t violate any rules intentionally, so I’d really appreciate if someone could guide me on why this might have happened and how I can resolve it.Thank you in advance for your help.

@nova_wave_rare The other sellers may be authorized to sell the items. No, you can not be authorized as a new seller.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.

Do not try to open a new account as it will be suspended too.
