New account
I am registering a new account on Ebay and my messages are not being sent. What could be the reason for this? I verify my email during registration and enter the code from the SMS sent to my number. I linked my card, but my messages still aren't reaching the user.

New user accounts likely have message limits to prevent spammers from registering new accounts and sending out their spam messages.
