My daughter created an account while using her VPN. Within a few minutes she received an email from Ebay listing their terms of service, and she was considered a threat and permanently banned.
Is there a number we can call for help?

How to contact eBay
eBay is not taking phone calls during or since the Pandemic.
Whatever phone numbers you find on the web for eBay are fake numbers.

If you decide to receive a call back, make sure your phone will not block the call back
