Never Sold It
I have been receiving emails from someone that said he paid for items, that I did not sell to him. I have not made one transaction where I made money on ebay, yet. I have never collected any money from anyone. I just started receiving emails from someone demanding his money. Is this common? How does it get handled? Thank you.

Buyers expect to receive everything pictured. You need a separate listing for each item, and only provide photos of that one item.
