I made a request to dispute purchase in 10/25/2025 with my bank because seller never sent my order and did not even print a label. The money card is telling me in can take up to 90 days. I feel like I got scammed is there anything else I can do eBay has been absolutely no help in getting my shoes nor refund my purchase

If you had taken advantage of eBay's Money Back Guarantee within 30 days of the estimated delivery date by opening an item not received case, eBay would have force a refund if the seller didn't do it willingly.
Since you went to your bank instead, eBay is out of the picture. Each back has their own terms and it sounds like you will have to wait longer for a refund on this transaction.
