Never sent item
You buy 2 hats that should have been sent separate but they said they sent together.but was never received.
So eBay will not help two times now are they worth ordering from again
Clearly they don't care about there customers to help.
Lazy people that's overseas and are no help.

Wait one day past the original estimated delivery and then file an Item not received claim via the item(s) in your Purchase history. Follow the claim details to lead to a refund.
