Never refunded money on my returned item
Seller advertised brand named item, then sent a knockoff- I said this isn’t what you advertised and was told it was a “new employee” mistake. I said please refund the money, they said take a discount, I said no…. They sent a faulty return label that didn’t work, they took weeks getting another one that didn’t work, and finally sent a real one. I returned the item, they said they were still waiting on it weeks later, but UPS said it had arrived. Then they said okay, we got it. It will take several days to process…. Nothing! It’s been months and nothing from them. Ghuah8 continues to tell me they will handle it, but they don’t. Will PayPal help? Will eBay help? Ghuah8 certainly doesn’t help as they were selling trash under branded names. Thoughts on a solution?
