never recived order, now order missing from my history so can't resolve it
I ordered a perfume from @milesmemorialhospitalleague and now the order "has been removed" so it doesn't show up on my order history. I paid for this but never received it. There appears to be no way to resolve this through Ebay, if the seller does not reply to my message and I can't dispute it since its not in my purchase history. How can I reach an actual person at Ebay?
