Never recieved return label

Hello,

I want to return an item. The seller gladly returned my money. My problem is, I've not received a return label, just an email saying you will receive a return label soon.

Any ideas what to do?

Typically the seller sends a return label if the seller wants the item back and then refunds once the item has been returned.

If you have been refunded already, that usually indicates that the seller does not want to pay for return shipping and you are free to do whatever you want with the item. In some cases, the seller may be unfamiliar with the process, though, so messaging the seller is a good idea.

If the seller does not respond to your message, you can wait a bit and then dispose of the item as you see fit.
