Never received two items.
I pre-purchased two Spyderco knives 10/2023 and 12/2023. Seller (bladebarn) keep saying they will arrive. I can’t wait any longer. Bladebarn says he would like to refund but can’t without your permission ! See order's#18-10887-45255 and #26-10707-62574. Please HELP. Thank you.

You will need to contact your credit card issuer and open disputes for items not received.
You had 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open a claim through eBay. The seller is correct that he can not refund your payments - refunds can only be issued for 90 days after payment.
