Never received the item and seller has already given me three different tracking numbers and refuse
From the beginning I have had issues with this seller. The first tracking number they gave the package was delivered in Florida not Pennsylvania. The second tracking number they gave me the item was delivered in North Carolina. Then the other day they give me a tracking number that shows the item was delivered in Pennsylvania. But my girlfriend never received it. Cause she didn't know when to look for it per the tracking numbers. I want a refund on this item.

Mentor3 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
