I ordered an SSD for my laptop and never received the item ordered it two months back ask for a refund and I have to return the item to get my refund. I have a feeling I'm never going to receive the item

Unfortunately, you should have opened an Item Not Received Case rather than a Return case.

You may have to file a credit card charge back to get your money refunded.

Never wait more than 28 days after the expected delivery date to file an Item Not Received Case
